Sisterhood
Alpha Phis cherish life-long friendships rooted in kindness, love, and respect for one another. We believe in the concept of our sisterhood in which we encourage one another through good times and bad. We also believe in helping each other in every way we can, whether it be with academics or providing support during a hard time.
Sisterhood Events
Sisterhood is a bond that is strong within the Alpha Phi Gamma Sigma chapter and is one of the main reasons that women choose to join a sorority. Alpha Phi sisters at UW-Stout spend a lot of time together! We have a sisterhood event that brings all of the members together for a fun activity. In the past we have done crafts, meals together, photoshoots, secret Santa, game nights, and much more!
Our Sisterhood Extends Beyond
Sisterhood extends beyond things we do as a large group. Sisters are often found spending time together attending campus events, studying in the Memorial Student Center, watching movies, going to Half- Off Appetizers at Applebees, and just having fun! In Alpha Phi you can always count on having a sister to spend time with.
More than just Spending Time Together
Sisterhood is more than just spending time together. It is knowing that you have someone to support you and that you are able to reach out to them no matter the circumstance. It is having a home away from home as the transition through college can be difficult.
